Hotel Reservationist

We are looking for a full time Reservations Agent to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton London Elstree. Ideally, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multitask and prioritise key tasks, a great eye for detail, the ability to use your initiative. Your main responsibilities would include: Establish guest reservations by obtaining guest requirements, information, and proof of payment; maintaining reservations system and database.
- Answering the telephone and assist guests with making their bookings.
- Taking meeting room bookings.
- Completing daily detailed reservations checks and actioning guest’s requests.
- Producing detailed accurate functions sheets for meetings and group bookings
- Taking group enquires / making group bookings
- Inputting rooming lists. You will deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in a similar role is essential.

**Salary**: From £11.22 per hour
