**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is willing to analyse and report on controls and their assurance within the Purchase to Pay system and Procurements modules.

Reporting to and deputising for the Procurement Systems Manager, you will be:

- a vital part of ensuring data in the Procurement systems are compliant, relevant, and timely
- analysing system reports and supporting with the design of future reports to serve the business
- supporting in areas of automating process and system change
- develop and publicise performance Dashboards corporately
- drive cashable efficiencies through system changes and user relevance.

The role is hybrid with a working pattern of 2 days on site and 3 days from home.

**What you’ll need**
- Knowledge and practical experience of providing support for the EDM system such as Swordfish10.
- Experience of maintaining and developing a Purchase to Pay system such as Proactis and its management console.
- Experience in creating and adapting SQL reports and Dashboard modules.
- Knowledge of business processes, systems and analysis.
- Experience of operating on-line systems and complex software or developing formulas for moderately sophisticated spreadsheets.
