We are looking for a **Facilities Co-Ordinator** to join us at **Huws Gray Head Office (Llangefni)**

If you’re in the trade or have ever done DIY, you’ve probably heard of the Huws Gray Group We are made up of a number of brands, including Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI and Anglia Tool Centre to name a few. We rely on our Facilities Coordinators to support the business to ensure that key aspects of branch infrastructure and equipment are managed and maintained, providing a safe place to work for our colleagues. Working in one of our Central Support functions, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant service and to get the job done.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a **Facilities Co-ordinator** with Huws Gray:

- Reactively dealing with breakdowns of equipment and services across the group, liaising with the Regional Property Managers where necessary depending on the scale of the works
- Maintaining records on our internal system for all aspects of maintenance
- Operating within Group Policies and Procedures

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical and logical way, tackling problem solving in a pragmatic and practical way
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a safe mannger ensuring own welfare and that of customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in a property maintenance related role or from a trade background
- Understanding of costs and value for money relating to repairs
