Can you easily engage with others and be the face of Drayton Manor Hotel as you welcome guests to the hotel and ensure they get the best experience during their stay.
We are looking for Receptionists to join the hotel team.
**What will you do?**
You will engage with guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. From checking them in and out, to giving out information, assisting with queries and questions as well as resolving guest complaints. You will often be the first point of contact for guests and need to take decisive action to address issues.
**What are we looking for?**
Someone who is naturally engaging and builds rapport with others and will put your guests needs above all else.
You need to be computer literate.
You will be confident in working independently and using your own initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication are essential as is a desire to take ownership for addressing guest concerns.
**What hours are available?**
The team cover from 7am until 11pm on a variable shift rota basis over a 7-day week. Minimum
4-hour shifts are required to cover business needs, including weekends and bank holidays.
