Trainee Floor Restorer

Position: Trainee Floor Restorer Location: South Yorkshire Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist experienced floor restorers in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of various types of flooring, including wood, tile, and stone.
- Learn the proper techniques for sanding, polishing, and refinishing floors to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Operate and maintain floor restoration equipment and tools under the guidance of senior team members.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Accompany senior team members to job sites across South Yorkshire, requiring a valid driving license.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driving license and the ability to travel within South Yorkshire.
- A genuine interest in floor restoration and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- No prior experience in floor restoration is required, but any relevant experience or training will be a plus.
