Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Follow a script and engage in conversation to generate interest and qualify leads
- Provide accurate information about products or services and address customer questions or concerns
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records as needed
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for successful telemarketing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £21,797.00-£23,809.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoke-On-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
