We are looking to recruit a part-time member of staff to support a small team managing a growing portfolio of properties based in Haddington. We are a dynamic small but ambitious business that is determined to improve the service levels in the lettings industry. On the job training is available for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging maintenance and repairs
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Key management
- Other administrative tasks

Essential criteria:
- Lives in East Lothian
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ability to learn new skills/software with ease
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- A 'can do' attitude

Hours will be 9-12.30 Monday to Friday in our Haddington Office although some flexibility may be available for someone with a great work ethic.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
