Kick start your HR career as our next HR Intern We're currently seeking two enthusiastic individuals to support our HR team with administrative and communication-based activities. As an HR Intern, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Business Partner and Talent teams. You'll play a key role in providing HR administration support across various aspects of the HR function.

**About The Role**

You will have scope to be part of the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance, reward, offboarding and more You will play an integral role within our dynamic HR team by providing high quality metrics, data as well as leading on your own projects to improve our people function. Day to day your duties will include but not limited to:

- Undertake HR administration tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating all people related activities.
- Provide accurate reports on Perspectum’s people statistics for regular upline reporting.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative ideas and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HR software, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

**About You**:
You will have a keen interest and experience (working or studying) within Human Resources. You will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to the Human Resources team's success. Your skills will include:

- Ability to conduct confidentiality and discretion in all tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
- Taking initiative and displaying a proactive approach to tasks
- Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office and adept at quickly learning new systems
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively within a team

We see our internships as a two-way street. While we are committed fostering your growth and skills within our corporate environment, we also empower you to take ownership of your projects where you feel comfortable in doing so. To make this works, we simply ask that you are:

- Ready and willing to work from our Oxford office for a minimum of 3 days a week, as proximity is essential for collaboration.
- Have the capacity to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) without requiring UK work sponsorship.
- Available to work for the entire 12-month internship period (we are flexible on start dates)
