**Senior Electrical Estimator - Warrington based.**

Murphy are recruiting a Senior Electrical Estimator to join a growing team in a pivotal role in their office in Stonecross - Warrington.

**What you will be doing**
- Estimating and prepare schedule of works
- Putting together bids to ween new business
- Prepare contracts for Clients and Subcontractors
- Negotiating contracts
- Cost analyses and forecast
- Reviewing, developing and managing daily operational flow
- Management/mentoring/coaching junior staff on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily duties
- Site visits and presale meetings with clients
- Strategic planning and financial forecasts
- Improving current operational process flows
- Resolving contractual and commercial problem
- Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with regulation practice
- Risk assessment
- Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
- Overseeing financial KPIs
- Attend team and board meetings

**Who we are looking for**
- Previous, proven estimating experience in utlities
- Analytical skills and technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong Negotiator
- High understanding of construction processes
- Strong contractual knowledge
- Experience with Trimble Estimating Software (preferred)
- Previous electrical on-site experience (preferred)
