As Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy across Paid search, aggregators, affiliates, online travel agents and supporting the Ecommerce and Performance working with cross-functional teams to amplify the brand through outstanding creative and support in brand awareness initiatives. You will also work with the CRM team to support their initiatives to drive loyalty.

***Day to day**:
As our Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will be required to:
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (across SEO, paid search, affiliates, display advertising, and organic social media)
- Develop ongoing performance reports focusing on identifying trends, findings and insights that can be used to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate to define the role of marketing campaigns and build compelling briefs with clear objectives and targets.
- Work closely with US and ROW team ensuring digital marketing is implemented globally
- Implement a robust process that ensures competitor data & insights are captured are fed into the commercial team
- Champion the eCommerce & performance function and team across the organisation
- Demonstrate personal capability and add new value across the business

We’re looking for our successful Digital Acquisition Executive to demonstrate the following:

- High-level understanding of channels within scope of role
- A deep understanding of key metrics & levers available to drive performance
- Experience working across multiple digital channels & delivering significant results
- Solid experience devising and implementing both technical and content SEO campaigns
- Deep understanding of marketing and analytic tool, with demonstrable experience in on and off-site SEO practices
- Experienced in the management of large budgets.
- Ability to influence upwards and motivate change across a business
- An agency background and/or experience managing a lead agency
- Adept at working to strict deadlines and agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, 3rd party agencies and media owners.
- A great teammate with superb communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and get things done.
