**What we are looking for**:
Due to additional acquisitions, we’re looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Senior Associate Recruitment Consultant to deliver on recruitment plans for the group. This role will have a focus on the recruitment of social workers, operations staff, finance staff, alongside any adhoc positions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist multiple companies to recruit professionals within handl’s assessment division
- Utilise platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to advertise opportunities and build relationships within the industry
- Advise hiring managers on salaries and market trends
- Supporting the Senior Associate Recruitment Consultant with any additional workload/projects

**Experience/Skills**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a recruiter or resourcer within an agency or internal setting (Essential)
- Professional & friendly telephone manner (Essential)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to recruit multiple roles at one time (Essential)
- Previous experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable)
- A good understanding of the medico legal and social work sector (desirable)
