**Customer Data Analyst - Signet Jewellers (H.Samuel & Ernest Jones) -** **Borehamwood Store Support Centre**

At Signet we’re accelerating our evolution to a Digital First Retailer with our Digital and Marketing teams focussed on our successful transition to a Digital first approach. We are now seeking a Customer Data Analyst to extract, analyse, validate and reporton the core CRM performance metrics covering H. Samuel and Ernest Jones multichannel data.

**Are you the perfect Gem?**
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and mine disparate, raw data and identify actionable insights
- Demonstrable working knowledge of CRM in the retail sector desirable
- Demonstrable SQL query knowledge desirable
- Demonstrable working knowledge of customer data platforms critical with single customer view experience and working knowledge of Exponea and adobe desirable
- Demonstrable understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness
- Demonstrable experience of using visualisation tools: Tableau, Power BI (preferred)
- JIRA ticket creation
- Advanced Excel skills and good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate the science of data simply to others to help educate on opportunities
- Proven ability to interpret and mine disparate, raw data and produce actionable insight and create function -specific dashboards and executive summaries.
- Proven ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Track record as a resourceful self-starter comfortable and able to work collaboratively
