**What is the role?**

We are recruiting for a Labourer to join our on-site Team. This role reports to the Site Manager and will be responsible for dealing with a range of day-to-day activities on a regional development.

The purpose of the role is to support the daily operation at construction sites, through maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.

**The role will include**:

- Performing manual tasks, loading equipment, and replenishing stock and materials.
- Preparing and cleaning the site/plots ready for trades
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Providing labour as needed for site operations.

**What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?**
- Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Experience working on-site in similar roles.
- Attention to detail and a good knowledge of health and safety whilst on site.
- Valid CSCS card
