An Account Executive is the main liaison between the client and the supply chain warehouse team. They provide responsive, friendly and helpful customer service to our high-profile Fashion and Lifestyle clients. A successful Account Executive will require strong interpersonal skills to develop a good working relationship as well as analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of clients’ logistics requirements in a timely and professional manner.

Duties include but not limited to:

- To provide excellent customer service to all clients, to be the personal and committed point of contact, developing excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare, analyse and send daily reports to clients.
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders for shipping: such as Ecommerce, wholesale and retail.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to deliver a high-quality customer service.
- Diligently follow orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing and ensure orders are shipped within the expected windows.
- Investigate and resolve inventory/delivery issues with a sense of urgency.
- Handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts with clients while maintaining a cooperative working relationship and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in a professional manner, providing the highest service level to clients.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the Client Services Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Some knowledge and experience of working within client care, in a client services/ customer services background essential.
- Grade C or above GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Knowledge of supply chain, fulfilment and logistics is desirable but more importantly you should have a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Customs and Excise desirable but not essential.
- A good level of IT literacy with knowledge of Excel and Word and the ability to learn to use different management systems.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE27 0QG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
