**Architectural Technician / CAD TechnicianPosition Overview**
- Working on a contract basis of 6-12 months
- Using AutoCAD on a daily basis
- Working on a range of Residential projects
- Producing Construction drawings and drawing packages
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as well as clients to meet their brief
- Producing technical designs and detailed drawings

**Architectural Technician / CAD TechnicianPosition Requirements**
- **Proficient using AutoCAD independently (essential)**:

- Working knowledge of technical building design, detailing and building regulations
- Previous experience working across a range of projects within the Residential sector
- **Familiar working with House builders on residential developments**:

- Holds strong communication skills
- **Ideally able to commute to the office in Wakefield 5 days a week**:

- Able to start as soon as possible
