**Responsibilities**:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality accounting and business services.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management accounts.
- Conducting tax computations, including corporate and personal tax.
- Liaising with the HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff members.
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a public practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting, audit, and tax.
- Proficient in standard accounting software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
