DWP is looking to fill a HEO role in Retirement Services.

The SP LEAP exercise is currently onboarding a number of new people who are going through SP LEAP Learning Journey to correct State Pension records and undertaking a variety of State Pension or Bereavement Learning.

You will be responsible to day-to-day management of the Quality assurance checking teams conducting consolidation and Line Management Assurance Checks. Tier 1 checks are completed by a separate dedicated team.

Maintaining robust records of checking outcomes and working with Leaders across the exercise to provide ongoing feedback on progress.

Providing feedback to Senior Leadership at regular progress meetings.

**Job description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our dynamic and high profile team.
- Provide visible and strong leadership, leading the Quality Teams who are responsible for supporting new people through their learning routeway carrying out consolidation and LMA checks for State Pension LEAP Exercise.
- Work collaboratively with Tier 1 Quality Leaders, Team Leaders, Capability Assurance Leads (CAL’s)and individuals to monitor progress throughout their journey through to successfully passing their Line Managers Assurance and into Live running.
- Work collaboratively with teams to drive consistency and service improvements, building the capability and confidence of people within the exercise.
- Be able to understand and set the vision for your team, with an awareness of wider, long-term aims for the SP LEAP Enabling Service team.
- Ability to lead remotely, promoting inclusivity.
- Provide verbal and written updates to Senior Leaders using various media for example Excel and Power Point.

**Have a technical knowledge of State Pension or Conversion Work would be an advantage but not essential.**
