The Sales Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the Sales Administration team with the process between the ordering of vehicles and the delivery of them to the customer.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30, with a 1-hour unpaid break per shift.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to assist and then after an allotted training period perform each essential duty satisfactorily._
- Provide administration support as part of the sales team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate preparation for delivery of vehicles to specific deadlines
- Answering phone calls within the department
- General administrative duties, such as filing and data processing
- Process and submit legal documentation
- Administration for the booking in of new vehicles
- Organising vehicle movements and deliveries
- Ensuring work in progress (WIPs) is to the required level on Sales vehicles
- Liaising and requesting the required paperwork from VOSA
- Liaising with Scania GB and key manufacturers
- Any other duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your manager
- To perform this role successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required._

**Education and/or Experience**
- Minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics and English
- Administrative experience

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to work within a team
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work within guidelines and to deadlines
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail orientated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keen eye for detail with excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
