We are hiring and we have a great opportunity for a Head of Product Management with at least 3 years' experience in a technical product-related role.

We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in understanding manufacturing, technical product development, supplier engagement, communication, and coordination. Alongside the achievement of sustained sales growth, repeatableprofitability, and improved customer satisfaction.

**This Head of Product Management role reports into the Managing Director and has the responsibility of directly managing two Product Managers and a Technical Lead.**

**The key responsibilities for this role are**:
- to be responsible for product management and developing new products.
- to be responsible for all product assortment, for all categories, for all sales channels.
- to provide product pricing analysis, sales analysis, market data; study future trends to inform all product-related decision-making.
- to be responsible for the product roadmap.
- to create a clear vision on product development and aligning product ranges with the overall market and competitors.
- to work closely with the sales and marketing leads, assisting with implementing the go to market strategy and delivering the sales and profit targets.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a product team and 10 years of product/category management experience

- Working for a manufacture of electrical branded products in the construction sector

**Desirable Skills**:

- Commutable distance to High Wycombe office as primarily office based in the early years
- An engineering degree
- Technical experience role (this is not for someone who has not worked with technical products previously)
