PURPOSE
Provide efficient administrative support to ensure seamless office operation and outstanding service to internal departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation
- Auditing files
- Sending booking letters, communications, and updates as needed
- Reception coverage as required
- Support various projects as instructed
- Creating and updating job listings for stakeholders
- Organizing team schedules
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and technology
- Marketing knowledge/interest a plus
