About the role
- Salary for HR Advisor - £32,076 to £36,648 per annum pro rata (starting at £34,834 with full or part CIPD qualification)_

We have a one year fixed term opportunity for a HR Advisor with the ability to provide pragmatic HR advice offering a range of options that take account of business needs. The public sector is dealing with an increasingly fast paced and demanding agenda, and as HR Advisor you will support managers to meet this challenge.

Operating as part of our business partnering model you will work with service managers, providing professional advice and challenge on a full range of HR matters including case management and change programmes.

We operate in a busy, challenging environment, but we are a friendly and fun team that is customer focused and committed to providing HR solutions that meet service need. Flexible working hours will be considered up to a maximum of 24 hours per week.
