We’re an enthusiastic agile team who develop Services and Applications for Sky’s Home Service and Supply Chain (HSS) department. We’re always keen to adopt the latest technologies and our services are always in high demand, so we’re looking to grow

What you'll do
- Coach, mentor and develop the team to high performance.
- Organise and facilitate the Scrum/Agile process as required, including key Scrum events
- Promote learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing and encourage creativity. Help the team to continuously improve their process and behaviour through regular reflection and adaptation.
- Bring a structured and transparent approach to agile planning, monitor progress and react to change - ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the team's progress and ability to deliver.
- Work with the team to identify impediments to their progress and support them in resolution of these.
- Build a safe and positive environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged

What you'll bring
- Experience with Software Development Teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- A great team player.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Scrum master certified.
