Bartender / Barmaid

Pebble Beach is a hub of innovation and transformation, and since opening our sister restaurant Pizza & More and our Sunset Bar & Terrace we felt this was just the beginning, and the sky is the limit.

As part of our great team, you will be on the front line of delivering exceptional customer service day in and day out. But that is not all, you will be at the forefront of testing, trialling, and shaping exciting projects that will drive our business forward.

We are recruiting a strong person with extensive bar experience to be in charge of our Sunset Bar ( Terrace Summer Bar ).

The role:

- To deliver standards of service that exceed the customer expectation in our Sunset Bar
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
- To resolve any issues in a positive and professional way with the support of the management team.
- To ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures and to provide timely feedback to management on how the policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience
- Promote a welcoming and team environment
- To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression
- To attend training and team meetings as required
- To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures and standards to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company.
- To be a responsible leader in his or her own way and be passionate about being in charge of a very important revenue centre here at Pebble Beach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
