To carry out Reception duties arising outwith the normal working hours of reception staff.
- To post all income and guest charges not processed during the receptionists shift.
- To compile full supporting documentation relating to each days business to be passed to the Accounts Department.
- To check all balancing of daily business posting and monies received and processed by reception.
- To ensure conference, events and meeting rooms are consistently set to the company standard and that all essential work is completed by 7am.
- To carry out hotel night security & car park patrols at the agreed times.
- To ensure that only residents are on the premises once all functions have finished.
- Ensure the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times during the shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
