SHE Advisor

We're looking for a SHE Advisor to join our team based at Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.

**Location**:Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth
**Business Area**:Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks - Major Projects
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**

As SHE Advisor your role will be to ensure that the highest possible standards of SHE responsibility are implemented across the business and we achieve full compliance against all legal requirements.

**As SHE Advisor your day to day will include**:

- Actively promote Safety, Health and Environmental aspects leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities.
- Provide timely and affective operational SHE support and advice to the business unit.
- Assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Support the operational teams in developing and reviews RAMS.

**What are we looking for?**
- This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if: NEBOSH Certificate (preferably Construction) or equivalent.
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g., Tech IOSH or above).
- Experience working as a SHE Advisor.
