A mid-to-senior-level venture capital lawyer is needed by a major international law firm's Corporate Group, which provides a full range of specialised corporate legal services, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), equity capital markets,private equity/venture capital, and joint ventures. The lawyer will focus on venture capital (both equity and growth debt) and work closely with Partners in the group to advance this field. They will also get a chance to see a lot of other corporate deals,like mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), equity capital markets, private equity, and joint ventures.
**Requirements**:

- 3 to 7 years of post-qualified experience
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Lawyer in England & Wales, NSW, US
- Previous experience handling major M&A and Venture Capital corporate transactions

- Lower than average billable hours target, with circa 100% utilisation rate
