**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies to meet the specific requirements of students.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a sense of belonging and encouraging student engagement and participation.
- Support students in developing their study skills, organization, and self-confidence.
- Adapt teaching materials, resources, and activities to accommodate different learning styles and cater to the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or support capacity.
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with diverse needs.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the individual needs of students.
