**Hours**:37.5 Hours (Monday to Friday)

**Salary**:£45,000

We are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the Specialist Services Division by planning, implementing and overseeing service development, improvement and redesign projects across the Division.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- To plan, budget, monitor and report on multiple workstreams using appropriate tools and techniques
- To create and maintain detailed and comprehensive project documentation
- To identify and report any risks and issues connected with the successful delivery of projects
- To manage project risks and interdependencies with efficient mitigation plans and initiate escalations as required
- To track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks as required
- To make agreed adjustments to plans as necessary
- To liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders and keep relevant people informed of progress
- To assist with the timely compilation of statistics, reports and management information
- To work with and provide feedback to operational and support functions on individual projects and programmes of work
- To analyse and evaluate the success of workstream objectives
- Any other duties requested from time to time, as might reasonably be required, commensurate with the role.

**Experience and Skills Required**:
**Essential**:

- Project Management qualification, or willingness to undergo training
- Direct experience of working with and influencing at all levels within organisations
- Demonstrate experience of project planning multiple concurrent projects, delivering on time and to specification
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Able to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills
- Able to produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication
- Highly developed problem-solving
- Creative, innovative and solutions focused
