Head Housekeeper

**About us**

We are a serviced accommodation provider with properties across Dundee/Broughty Ferry. We offer luxury apartments and are looking for a headhousekeeper to organise, run and ensure high standards are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and present our apartments to a very high standard, ensuring that they are checked thoroughly prior to guests arriving.
- Organise linen and ensure all apartments are stocked
- Keen eye for attention to detail, take pride in your working environment and deliver the highest standards for our guests.
- Ensure good communication is maintained between Front Office and housekeeping
- Adhere to policies regarding the usage of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Comply to health and safety regulations
- Self motivated, good organisational skills and to be able to work without supervision
- Report maintenance faults within a timely manner
- Performing other tasks as deemed necessary for smooth operations of apartments as instructed by line manager
- Organise cleans and ensure handed out accordingly.
- Hours to be worked over 5 days (with option to work extra hours if required)
- Training and monitoring staff
- Helping with the recruiment of new housekeeping staff
- Conudcting quality checks regulary and disciplining staff if standards are not being kept
- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND OWN VEHICLE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
