**Customer Advisor**
**Cardiff, CF23**
**£14.02 per hour**
**37-hour week, 3 months**
**Start Date: 19/02/2024**
**Provisional End Date: 31/05/2024** (extension possible)

**Hybrid role**: After initial training period, there is an expectation to visit the office twice per week.

**Our Role**

This role is working on a predictive dialler making outbound calls as well as dealing with inbound internal calls and main objective is to book smart meters, this role is target drive where achievable targets will be set weekly to the advisors.

Outbound & Inbound call centre, working off a list of current business customers, making calls to ask them if they would like to upgrade to a SMART meter (which is a free service).

Experience in customer services and objection handling would be helpful so that you can confidently give advice and describe benefits to the customers about the meters. This will be speaking with existing business customers, so a first-class respectful service is expected.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in call centre environments (outbound calls / sales).
- Superb customer services & communication skills.
- Good IT skills (especially Excel).
- Personable and engaging.
