**Role - General Operative**

**Location - Southam, CV47**

**Salary - £10 to £11 Per Hour**

**Hours - Day Shift**

**Job Type - Temporary to Permanent**

A manufacturing company in Southam, Warwickshire that are going from strength to strength and expanding their production capacity and streamlining their processes for the better.

**Duties**
- Assisting the production and manufacturing team with labouring
- Moving parts around the factory
- Working in the paint shop
- Picking parts

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working in a factory environment
- Working to targets
- Experience in a paint shop would be beneficial
