A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding and successful Major Trauma Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.

You will be responsible for supporting administration within the Major Trauma Service working closely with individuals from Specialties across the Trust.

The Major Trauma Service at the Royal Preston Hospital provides critical life and limb saving treatment for patients who have sustained serious traumatic injuries. As the regional Major Trauma Centre we operate within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Major Trauma Network and work collaboratively to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and outcome.

You will be working in a busy administration department within the Major Trauma Service. You will undertake administrative duties including the administration of the Major Trauma MDT clinics and the Major Trauma Clinical Practitioner follow-up telephone clinics.

You will support the completion of Major Trauma PROMS (patient recorded outcome measures) and be a point of contact for patients and clinical staff for the Major Trauma Service.
