**A well-established chartered accountancy practice, with a stable existing team, has an Office Administration opportunity available. The role is paying up to £22,000pa and is immediately available They are looking for the right person to work 9-5pmMonday - Friday, however part time hours can be considered for the right person The role involves processing accounts information, so it is essential you have a keen eye for detail and can work towards deadlines and follow processes. You must have a provenbackground in administration.**
**What will I be doing as an Office Administrator?**:
- Answering inbound calls from clients and dealing with any queries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining refreshments and office supplies and using initiative to reorder when required
- General administration duties
- Preparing letters of engagement
- Preparation of sales invoices and allocating timesheets
- Recording all jobs that come in, chasing deadlines and being sure to file necessary paperwork
- Managing the filing of confirmation statements and other documents to companies house for limited company clients
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience?**:
- You have previous administration experience
- You have excellent organisational abilities and great attention to detail
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick to learn or easily familiarised with online computer systems
- You will be an ambassador for the firm and maintain strong client relationships
