Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Understanding of common software development practices including Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Omniture, SDLC, Fireworks, Business requirements, Data analysis skills, Telerik, User acceptance testing, AWS, Google.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £42,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
