**Yolk Farm's aim is to create an interactive, inspiring engaging site centred around the field-to-fork journey of our food, championing our food heros - eggs and vegetables. We have an onsite farm shop, brunch restaurant, kids play barn, dog field and run various events throughout the year.**

This is a role which can be built around the right person, and could be part-time or full-time depending on the person applying. We are looking for someone with the right skills and attitude who can fit in to our existing team and work to grow our business alongside the management team.

We like to help people live their best lives, and brighten up their day. We are a young, lively workplace, who really care about the development of our staff. Enthusiasm and an interest in food are more important to us than experience, as is a willingness to grow with us.

Experience with the following would be beneficial:

- Canva
- Website Admin
- Social Media and scheduling tools (Buffer)
- MailChimp/ E Newsletter Submission

Key Role Areas:

- Defining Marketing Goals

Each year, defining our specific marketing goals for that year and pitching them to the management team with financials and reasons
- Marketing Budget

Responsible for managing and seeking approval for annual marketing budget
- Organic PR

Writing press releases for any event to local press

Creating a rappor with local journalists to ensure we are newsmakers and have the ability to spread our word

Accountable for ensuring we feature in the local press/radio at least 5 times per calendar year without cost to ourselves
- Paid Marketing

Researching the different options for print/radio/tv marketing and presenting them to the management team

Pursuing the marketing plan: writing or approving copy

Responsible for defining and achieving marketing reach targets
- Social Media Marketing

Posting to across 2 accounts over 2 social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with content as defined by the Social Media Marketing Guidelines
- Promotional Materials

Designing/approving copy for leaflets, price lists, in line with our tone of voice/brand using Canva

**Salary**: From £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 35 per week
