Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to work for a fast paced business, based in Lancashire.

This does have potential to turn into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.

Main Responsibilities of the HR Administrator will include:

- Maintain employee trackers and records
- Assisting with new starter inductions
- Responsible for checking monthly timesheets data before sending to payroll
- Manage the HR inbox and delegate effectively
- New starter checks eg Right to Work documents
- Producing reports for the business on employee trends
- Any adhoc admin as requested

- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
