Baker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in every product. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our bakery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production or culinary field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
