We are looking for a dynamic senior finance professional to join BA’s Commercial and Customer Experience Finance Leadership Team as Head of Finance - Passenger Revenue and Receivables.

This important role will be accountable for all passenger revenue accounting, including all fare revenue and ancillary revenue. Additionally, you will play a vital role in a number of BA’s commercial transformation projects that will not only drive top-line revenue growth but also have a significant impact on vital finance systems. You will need to be a technically strong accountant, comfortable with ambiguity and have the drive to collaborate with multiple of internal and external stakeholders.

Duties will include
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team (c.35) to deliver excellent passenger revenue forecasting, reporting and insight, as well as financial services across multiple areas.
- Leading the Commercial Transformation from a finance perspective - in addition to tracking/reporting performance, influencing the Leadership Team on decision-making and business cases, ensuring transformation drives margin expansion.
- Ensuring decision-making - both day-to-day and Commercial Transformation.
- Identification of areas for cost savings & efficiencies through in-depth knowledge and both accounting and commercial processes/systems.
