Due to an increase in project work Ferguson Transport & Shipping are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join their existing team at Kishorn Port.
Applicants must be self motivated and be able to work on their own and as part of a team. Experience working in a similar role would be beneficial.
Duties will include:
- Managing site reception including welfare facilities
- Being a main point of contact for clients on site
- Reporting and raising any concerns with management, including any health & safety concerns
- Providing progress updates to company directors and management
- Managing the cleaning team and monitoring the cleaning standards
- Administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the facilities for clients
