Optime Group in partnership with a well-known Ground Handling Company located at Liverpool John Lennon Airport are looking to add to its growing team of Baggage Handlers serving one of the UK's fastest growing airports.

- Role: Baggage Handler
- Location: Liverpool John Lennon Airport
- Rate of pay: £10.63 per hour
- Hours: 37.5 hour per week

**PLEASE NOTE**: APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A FULL VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE

**Confirmed start dates**:

- 15th January 2023 (2 weeks paid training)

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- You will be working both airside and within the Undercroft (baggage unit)
- This role involves operating various types of vehicles to move baggage between the terminal and aircraft.
- The role takes place both indoor and outdoor and will experience all weather conditions.
- Full paid training provided. (5 days of classroom based training)

**Shifts**:
**An example of the shift hours**:

- Day 1: 0300 till 1200
- Day 2: 0400 till 1300
- Day 3: 0500 till 1700
- Day 4: 1330 till 2230
- Day 5: 1330 till 2230
- OFF
- OFF
- OFF

**Requirements**:

- Full manual driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- Right to Work in the UK
- Five year fully checkable reference history
- Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC)
