We are looking for a hardworking, experienced and loyal Multi Skilled trader to join our team. Must have 5 years’ experience and is able to work unsupervised at times and to a good standard.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a single site in the SEI area.

Skills required are as follows;
General Building Maintenance to include, plumbing, and general handy man skills

Able work with or without supervision to a good standard

Health and Safety Legislation Knowledge

Experience and ability to work in a customer facing role and able to liaise with residents

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
