Maintenance Person

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of park facilities, including buildings, recreational areas, and common spaces.
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure as needed.
- Maintain and care for the park’s landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting seasonal flora.
- Ensure pathways, driveways, and outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Experience in moving and handling caravan holiday homes - optional
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repair work, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, gas fittings, building and joinery systems.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Groundskeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
