Leaders are looking for a driven individual to join our successful Girton branch as their new Property Management Administrator on a temporary basis. If you are someone who can see yourself thriving on delivering that exceptional service, this is the role for you.

**It is not essential to have experience for this role, **we will train you** You just need to be passionate about the service you offer and bravely step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service, pride yourself on integrity and respect your peers by knowing you are working as one team to achieve the same goal.

**Your role**: Property Management Administrator

**Location**: Girton

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 6pm

**Total package**:£11.50 per hour

This role will be offered on an initial 8 week basis, with potential to be extended._**

We also have full time, permanent roles available._**

**What will your day to day look like?**
- Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
- Booking of property visits
- Data entry - both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
- Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Running errands within and outside of the office
- Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
