**In our department**:
You will be working as a Customer Service Representative in our Retentions department, working alongside our dynamic team, helping our customers who turn to you for your expert knowledge. You will deal with a variety of inbound calls, from making simplechanges to existing policies or trying to retain customers who are looking to cancel with us to increase our customer loyalty.
We will provide full training, so you are fully equipped to be successful in your new career

**What we have to offer a Customer Service Representative**:
- Your salary will be starting at £22,732 with the opportunity to earn up to £25,200
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, between the hours of 08:00 - 19:00

**What we're looking for in a Customer Service Representative**:
- An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in retail, hospitality, sales or just an interest and passion for customer service we'd love to speak to you.
- Pride and experience in delivering top quality customer service experience
- Self
- motivated individuals that take pride in what they do.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution.
- Computer skills: you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software
