**Job description**

This permanent role is for a Groundsman on a large Adventure park between Basingstoke and Newbury.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Duties to include all aspects of grounds maintenance and upkeep.

Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal demands.

Build and repair fences, gates, benches, and other structures on the property.

operating machinery and tractor mowing equipment, strimming, hedge cutting and spraying.

Also there can be an opportunity to vary your working day by driving our Train or Tractor rides for our guests.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Experience in general grounds maintenance, use of ride on compact tractors and other mowing equipment.

Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience with garden maintenance including planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Capability to dig, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.

Good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
