**The Role**:
As a **Therapeutic Practitioner**, you'll become an essential part of our fantastic team, dedicated to supporting the development of our young people.
Get ready for a dynamic and fulfilling role, where every day is an adventure. You'll be a role model, organise exciting activities like visits to our own farm, host game nights, bake, prepare meals, provide homework support, and ensure they get to appointments.
Your role will be to guide and make a lasting impact on their lives. This is an exciting, yet challenging position, and we're searching for enthusiastic individuals who can be both role models and emotional support for our children. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best care possible.
- Experience working in a similar setting, supporting young people in care
- Qualifications in Childcare, Health and Social Care, with a strong knowledge of Safeguarding
- A driver with access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work with varying shift patterns
- A desire to excel and progress in your role

**Salary**: £23,795.20-£29,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Basingstoke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
