Join Tridonic as a Junior Leader at our Spennymoor site, where you'll lead the Cell, achieve targets, and provide production, quality, and maintenance support to the process line. This is an excellent opportunity for a college leaver interested in developing their leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive hourly targets: Lead the team in meeting production goals and exceed expectations.
- Maintain smooth End of Line process: Ensure seamless operation to maximize efficiency.
- Enhance workplace organization: Conduct 6S audits, make improvements, and optimize processes.
- Report major machine breakdowns: Promptly notify maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Support material procurement: Work with procurement to prevent line stoppages.
- Guide operators to meet demands: Ensure understanding and adherence to correct procedures.
- Promote HS&E awareness: Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Facilitate effective shift handovers: Communicate vital information for smooth transitions.

**Profile**:

- Education: GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering advantage: Additional qualifications preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Build relationships and foster teamwork.
- Passion for quality and engineering: Understand processes to drive improvement.
