**Main duties -**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to all patients.
- Develop and maintain staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage for Patient care, activities, and emergencies while optimising staff scheduling.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and secure patient environment.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop personalised care plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
- Train staff and ensure that all staff are adequately trained and supervised to provide the best possible care for each patient.
- Oversee the safe and accurate administration of medications, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules and proper documentation.
- Facilitate access to external support services, healthcare professionals, and specialists as needed to enhance patient's overall quality of life.
