**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**
- Preparation and issuing of documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, statement of accounts, and any other financial statements.
- Verification and reconciliation of transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, credit checks, purchase orders (PO), invoices, cheque requisitions and bank statements.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Respond to client inquiries, liaise with operational staff to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances on customer accounts and reach out to clients on outstanding payments while maintaining good customer relations with clients.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining filing, record keeping, scanning photocopying.
- Processing of BACS and Online supplier payments.
- Arrange set up of new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
- Ad hoc tasks as required relating to general accounts queries.
- Assist Accounts Manager as required.

**Personal Specification**
- Certified accounting course or qualified by experience.
- A working knowledge of CIS (would be advantageous).

The salary offered will be in the range £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience (pro-rata for part time hours).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
