**About You**
You will be an experienced recruiter from either an agency or in-house background.
You will be used to managing a variety of vacancies and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and organising your own workload.
**Working arrangements**
This is a permanent position, working 2-3 days a week. We are flexible as to what days. Our standard working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, however flexitime is operational should you wish to start earlier or finish later.
The role is based at our Manchester City offices, which is a two-minute walk from Oxford Road train station. We are also in very close proximity to a car park with discounted daily rates and a 5 minute walk from the tram station at St Peter’s Square.

As our sole In-House Recruiter, you will work alongside the Partners and HR to deliver a high standard of recruitment and be responsible for sourcing and recruiting our next shining stars to join our friendly team.

practice, from developing compelling brand and attraction campaigns, engaging with third parties to
promoting the practice as a trusted brand and as an employer of choice, through to sourcing and
selection.

**What you will be doing**
- You will be creating and publishing adverts on a regular basis across a variety of job boards as well as using social media and marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with Partner, Senior Managers and HR to understand the requirements for all assigned vacancies
- Responsibility of recruitment, advertising channels, building and maintaining key relationships with teams across the practice.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Work effectively with HR to ensure that all processes are seamless
- Coach and support Partners and Managers through the recruitment process
- Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
**Person Specification**
- Experience working in an office-based recruitment department or recruitment agency
- Preferably have experience recruiting for accountancy practices
- Working effectively as a team
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the confidentiality & compliance requirements of working in a recruitment team
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Good work ethic
- Well organised
- Good IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and Social Media platforms
- GCSE Maths
- minimum of Grade 4 / C
- GCSE English - minimum of Grade 4 / C
- Commitment to the provision of quality recruitment services
- Ability to travel to / attend recruitment events as required
